SUBMISSION FAQ
1. How do I submit my music for consideration?
We have an open submission form for musicians. To be considered for a performance at our venue, please submit your music, bio, and any relevant information (listed below) via our submission form. Our team reviews all submissions carefully, and we reach out to artists whose style and sound best fit our programming. We feature both original and cover acts here at Acme, embracing a wide swath of genres from hip hop, indie rock, country, bluegrass, soul, funk, and everything in between.
2. What should I include in my submission?
The following items are necessary for consideration:
A brief bio and description of your music
A link to your music (Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.)
A video of a live performance
Any relevant social media or website links
3. How far in advance do I need to submit my materials?
We recommend submitting your materials at least 3 months in advance to your target date, as our booking process typically stays three to four months ahead of the current date.
4. How long are set times?
Typically, performances last between 2-3 hours, but can vary depending on the day of the week’s schedule.
5. I’ve played Acme before, and reached out to a staff member personally about playing here again, why haven’t I heard back?
For booking inquiries, please only reach out via our official submission form or talent buyer’s email address. We ask that you refrain from contacting staff members directly, as they may not be able to respond or process your submission. This ensures that all submissions are reviewed fairly and efficiently. We appreciate your cooperation!
